About me

My name is Clara Hunt.

I am an illustrator and graphic designer living in sunny Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design with a BFA in Illustration in 2020. I am currently the in-house Graphic Designer on the Brand Management team at Georgia Aquarium.

There has never been a better designer than Mother Nature, and interpreting her creations is my biggest inspiration. I believe illustration is the one of the most powerful teaching tools to get folks engaged with the natural world. By visually simplifying critters down to make them more approachable, while still maintaining scientific integrity, my hope is that we can make environmental education more accessible and impactful.

When I am not losing sleep over Adobe Illustrator, you can find me going on a 5-mile coffee walk, cleaning my fish tank, and reorganizing my Animal Crossing island.
